GoTaq® DNA polymerase comes with a pre-optimized Mg2+ concentration.
GoTaq® Flexi polymerase has a separate MgCl2 solution.

Go directly to gel
GoTaq® products come with an extra reaction buffer containing a built in gel loading dye. Amplification efficiency is the same as with the colourless buffer but you can go straight from PCR to gel without needing anything more. Gel loading has never been so easy.
