FAST AND CONVENIENT ONE STEP DETECTION

HisDetector™ enables direct detection of his-tagged recombinant proteins on Western Blot. Detection is based on Nickel-NTA which binds with high affinity to histidine. Ni-NTA is conjugated to an enzyme reporter allowing either colorimetric or chemiluminescent detection.
