The Tecan HydroSpeed is an advanced microplate washer designed for fast, parallel washing of entire 96- and 384-well plates, providing full control of wash power for cell, bead and ELISA applications.
- Cell Protection technology for extra gentle, drop-wise washing of adherent and weakly adherent cells, with typical cell recovery of ≥85%
- Patented dual-magnet carrier design for fast magnetic bead settling and high bead recovery rates (typically ≥90%)
- Anti-Clogging function that automatically rinses and soaks the wash head to prevent needle blockage during ELISA washing
- Universal 96 indexing wash head for processing both 96- and 384-well plates without swapping heads
- Optional vacuum filtration module for non-magnetic bead washing, with vacuum settings from -50 to -300 mBar
- Touchscreen interface with moisture protection, plus a predefined plate library for quick protocol setup
- Ready for robotic integration onto Tecan Freedom EVO and Fluent platforms
