Lonza CelLysis Reagent is a proprietary cell lysis solution optimised for use with the Lonza ToxiLight® Non-Destructive Cytotoxicity BioAssay Kit to generate the maximum (100%) adenylate kinase (AK) release signal from a cell population. CelLysis Reagent lyses cells completely and rapidly to release total intracellular AK for normalisation of cytotoxicity data. It is also used to prepare the 100% lysis control in ToxiLight® dose-response studies.
