The Seraseq® Tumor Mutation DNA Mix v2 (AF7%, High Complexity) is a highly multiplexed, purified gDNA reference material for NGS-based solid tumour mutation profiling. It contains a broad panel of clinically relevant somatic variants — including SNVs, INDELs, and translocations across key oncology genes — at AF7%, blended with the well-characterised GM24385 genomic background and precisely quantitated by digital PCR.
Designed for high-complexity (HC) targeted sequencing panels, this material enables limit-of-detection, sensitivity, and accuracy studies without reliance on rare patient specimens.
