The Seraseq® ctDNA Complete™ Mutation Mix (AF2.5%) is a highly multiplexed purified ctDNA reference material for NGS-based liquid biopsy assay validation. It contains 25 unique variants across 16 genes — covering 12 SNVs, 7 INDELs, 3 CNVs, and 3 structural variants (SVs) — at AF2.5%. This comprehensive multi-variant-type coverage in a single sample enables end-to-end evaluation of assay performance across all clinically relevant variant classes.
All variants are quantitated by digital PCR against the GM24385 background and orthogonally validated with NGS, providing a reliable ground-truth material for ctDNA assay validation and QC.
