The Seraseq® ctDNA Reference Material v2 (AF0.125%) is a plasma-like, full-process reference standard for NGS-based circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) liquid biopsy assays. It contains 40 clinically relevant cancer mutations across 28 genes, all at AF0.125%, formulated in a synthetic matrix with ctDNA size distribution and library complexity consistent with native patient plasma.
Processed identically to patient plasma samples from extraction through sequencing, this material enables assessment of the complete analytical workflow. All variants are precisely quantitated by digital PCR against GM24385, providing a traceable ground-truth standard.
