The Seraseq® ctDNA Complete™ Reference Material (AF1%) is a plasma-like, full-process reference standard for NGS-based liquid biopsy ctDNA assays. It contains 25 unique variants across 16 genes — covering 12 SNVs, 7 INDELs, 3 CNVs, and 3 structural variants (SVs) — at AF1%, in a synthetic plasma-like matrix enabling end-to-end assay validation including the pre-analytical extraction step.
Quantitated by digital PCR and orthogonally validated with NGS, this material serves as a traceable ground-truth reference for validating the complete liquid biopsy ctDNA workflow.
