SimplyLoad DNA Ladders are supplied at ready-to-load concentrations in TE Buffer and 1X Ficoll® sample loading buffer containing Bromophenol blue and Xylene cyanol FF so you can get straight to your results. For all of Lonza’s ladders, each band has an ideal 50% G-C content for rapid, precise sizing and sharp resolution.
