The Lonza ToxiLight® 100% Lysis Control Set provides a maximum (100%) cytotoxicity reference control for use with the ToxiLight® Non-Destructive Cytotoxicity BioAssay Kit. The control set includes a cell lysis reagent that induces complete cell lysis, generating the maximum possible adenylate kinase (AK) signal from the cell population. This allows normalisation of cytotoxicity data to 100% lysis, enabling calculation of percentage cytotoxicity across experimental conditions.
