Lonza MycoAlert® PLUS Buffer is the dedicated assay buffer for the MycoAlert® PLUS Mycoplasma Detection Kit. Supplied as a standalone 20 ml vial, it is used to prepare and run the MycoAlert® PLUS bioluminescence mycoplasma detection assay with the MycoAlert® PLUS reagent. The buffer is formulated to optimise the enzymatic bioluminescence reaction specific to mycoplasmal enzymes.
