The SeraCare AccuPlex™ SARS-CoV-2, Flu A/B & RSV Molecular Controls Kit (CE-IVD) is a full-process molecular quality control material for CE-marked multiplex RT-PCR assays detecting SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A/B, and RSV. Built on SeraCare's AccuPlex™ technology, it uses non-infectious, replication-deficient recombinant virus particles with a genuine viral protein coat — making them fully extractable and processable identically to true patient samples throughout the entire workflow from extraction to detection.
Positive materials for all four respiratory targets plus human RNase P negative control. The product is designed to measure day-to-day assay performance, providing both positive and negative reference solutions. Regulatory status: CE-IVD — For In Vitro Diagnostic Use.
