The VIASURE Respiratory Panel V Real Time PCR Detection Kit is a qualitative real-time PCR assay developed by Certest Biotec for the detection of multiple respiratory pathogens in clinical specimens. The kit is designed for the molecular diagnosis of acute upper and lower respiratory tract infections; multi-pathogen panels enable rapid identification of the causative agent and guide targeted treatment.
Each reaction well contains a complete lyophilised master mix including all primers, probes, and an internal control (IC) to monitor PCR inhibition — eliminating the need for separate reagent preparation.
