Lonza NuSieve® 3:1 Agarose is a blend of three parts NuSieve® low melting temperature agarose and one part SeaKem® LE standard agarose. This unique formulation provides superior resolution of small DNA and RNA fragments in the range of 10 to 1,000 bp, while maintaining sufficient gel strength for easy handling. NuSieve® 3:1 Agarose combines the fine-resolution properties of NuSieve® with the structural integrity of SeaKem® LE to deliver gels that are easy to pour, handle, and photograph.
