SeaKem® Gold Agarose is the preferred agarose for pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) applications, where it provides excellent resolution of large DNA fragments with significantly reduced running times. Its high gel strength and low EEO ensure reliable, reproducible results suitable for Southern blotting and high-throughput DNA analysis.
