Lonza AccuGENE® Molecular Biology Water is a high-purity Type I water (18 MΩ·cm resistivity, 0.2 µm filtered) manufactured specifically for use in molecular biology applications. It contains no detectable DNase, RNase, or protease activities and is produced without the use of DEPC (diethyl pyrocarbonate), ensuring it is compatible with sensitive enzymatic reactions including PCR, RT-PCR, in vitro transcription, and cell-free expression systems.
