The SeraCare ACCURUN® HIV-1 RNA Positive Plasma (10 mL) is a ready-to-use, human plasma-based quality control material for in vitro diagnostic procedures that detect and quantitate HIV-1 RNA. It is manufactured from non-infectious cultured HIV-1 virus (8E5 strain) in human plasma, non-reactive for HBsAg and antibodies to HIV-1, HIV-2, HCV, and HTLV.
