QuantideX qPCR PML/RARA Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR (qPCR) assay that detects all three primary PML-RARA fusion isoforms (bcr1, bcr2, and bcr3) together with a reference gene in a single reaction. A four-point calibrator system supports quantification down to a limit of detection of approximately 10⁻⁴, with results available in about 4 hours.
