QuantideX qPCR JAK2 Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR (qPCR) assay that detects the JAK2 V617F mutation alongside an endogenous reference control in a single well, from whole blood or bone marrow aspirate. The assay achieves a limit of detection/quantification of approximately 0.0126–0.123% variant allele frequency (VAF) depending on DNA input (20–615 ng), and shares harmonized qPCR conditions with other QuantideX HemOnc kits for co-running on a single plate.
