QuantaBio qScript Ultra SuperMix is a next-generation cDNA SuperMix for first-strand cDNA synthesis, engineered for superior speed, thermostability, and inhibitor resistance. qScript Ultra SuperMix incorporates a state-of-the-art reverse transcriptase engineered for improved thermostability, velocity, processivity, and resistance to common inhibitors. The optimized reaction temperature of 55°C enables efficient reverse transcription through challenging RNA secondary structures. This robust formulation is ideal for demanding applications including crude sample analysis, low-input RNA, long transcripts, and samples containing PCR inhibitors. The resulting cDNA is directly compatible with downstream 2-step RT-qPCR or RT-PCR procedures.
