RNAsimple Total RNA Kit DP419 50 prep

The TIANGEN RNAsimple Total RNA Kit (DP419) is a rapid, column-based total RNA extraction kit for the isolation of high-purity, intact total RNA from a broad range of biological samples including animal blood, cultured cells, animal tissues, and plant tissues. The kit combines the selectivity of TIANGEN's proprietary Buffer RZ — a guanidinium isothiocyanate/phenol-based lysis reagent optimised to rapidly and completely remove genomic DNA and proteins — with silica spin column purification to deliver high-yield, high-purity RNA free of DNA and protein contamination.

Each spin column can process up to 50–100 mg of tissue or 5 × 10⁶ cells per preparation, and multiple samples can be processed in parallel. The entire workflow is completed in under one hour, and the purified total RNA is immediately ready for use in sensitive downstream applications without further cleanup.
